Tamilore Odimayo is a Doctor of Psychology, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and author of How to be a Mental Health Savage (a holistic self-help book designed to improve your mental health). He uses a holistic approach to address mental wellness through intellectual stimulation, relationship restructuring, and the creation of adequate diet and exercise plans. His extensive experience includes working with acute trauma care, counseling teens, and counseling co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance abuse). He is an avid mental health advocate who aims to reduce mental health stigma and promote wellness practices at academic, employment, and legal institutions.
