Tami Odimayo

Tami Odimayo is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor in the Springfield area. He is an avid mental health advocate whose goal is to reduce mental health stigma globally. Tami has authored two self-help books aimed at improving relationships. He focuses on an holistic approach to mental health improvement through the practice of intellectual stimulation, relationship restructuring, an effective diet, and exercise. His extensive experience includes working with acute trauma care, counseling teens, and counseling co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance abuse).

The main goal of Tami’s life is to help clients understand the power of positive thinking because “the problem is never the problem, it is one’s perspective of the problem.”
