Jill E. Koester, LCPC

Jill Koester has over 20 years’ experience as a therapist in a variety of settings. Everyone has the potential to overcome their personal challenges and Jill works with you to achieve this goal. She provides individualized care, with an emphasis on empowerment, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

Jill has extensive training in treating acute trauma and PTSD, and she is experienced in treating many mental health disorders. Her work with couples includes addressing the impact of childhood experiences on interpersonal relationships .

Modalities include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Exposure Response Prevention and elements of IFS (Internal Family Therapy).
