Jayla Langfelder has been interested in mental health care since a young age. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and during her undergraduate studies realized her passion for helping people battling mental health crises can best be served by her in the psychiatric field. Jayla continued her education, earning a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Jayla has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with clients across the lifespan who have a variety conditions, including substance misuse, mood disorders, psychosis and varying forms of dementia. Jayla is passionate about promoting mental wellness, committed to reducing stigma and advocating for mental health awareness in the community. She enjoys collaborating with patients and their families to foster a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.
