Erin Shaefer has been practicing in the mental health field for over 12 years. Her experience in psychotherapy includes both psychology and nursing, having worked with adult and pediatric patients as inpatient hospitalizations and as outpatients as well as adults in inpatient rehabilitation centers and incarcerated patients within the prison setting. Erin uses cognitive behavioral practices with emphasis on a holistic perspective of how aspects of mental and physical health contribute to one’s general wellness.
