Dr. Killian has been practicing psychiatry in the Springfield area since 1990. Board certified in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, he predominately works in the area of forensic psychiatry providing businesses and organizations with forensic services. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Independent medical exams for employers
• Fitness to stand trial and sanity examinations for civil cases
• Expert witness in the field of general psychiatry
• Works with prosecutors and defense attorneys

Although Dr. Killian still spends a small portion of his time on clinical work, he is currently not accepting new patients.
