Mandie has been working with individuals and families for more than 13 years. She treats children ages 10 and above and adults from diverse backgrounds using a variety of modalities. She sees the value of tailoring all of her work around the individual needs of the person she is helping in accordance with his/her strengths, interests, and goals for treatment. Mandie utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and relaxation skills, brief solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and strengths-based perspectives.
